Was thinking new case new motherboard new Gpu any help be great wont to keep as many things as possible like the cpu and ddr 3 MSI GeForce GTX 760 Overclocked Graphics Card - 2GB looks nice and good price

Ok, stupid question time, why would you want to replace the motherboard but not the CPU, any of the newer motherboards will not take your older CPU anyway.

All the GPU I have been looking at have been PCIe 3.0 so wanted a board for that and was trying to keep price down but think its going to go right up lol

There won't be any noticeable difference between pic 3.0 and 2.0, I wouldn't bother replacing the motherboard.

yeah I've got a pcie 3.0 680 on a 2.0 board. so no worries :)

could always wait a another year or so and go for a new build.

Great thanks for that info think ill just get a new case bit more space for more hdds got 2 more to add and think 02G-P4-2760-KR - 2GB EVGA GTX 760, PCIe 3.0 (x16), 6008MHz GDDR5, GPU 980MHz, Boost 1033MHz, Cores 1152, DP/DVI/HDMI ill go with this think a new cpu fan Corsair H100i Hydro Series CPU Cooler if it will fit was going to up this 12GB KINGSTON HYPER-X TRI-DDR3 1600MHz, X.M.P (3 x 4GB KIT) to 24 or do u think replace it with something better

dont upgrade the cpu, ram or mobo, keep them as they are and upgrade in another year or so.

good choice on the gtx 760, but you wont need the h100I unless you are overclocking.
