To update or not update??

I have owned PC's(15+) for 20 plus years....... and I have never updated the Bios on any system......
I've updated all drivers and software when necessary.....

Should I update the bios on all my family systems as they are all preforming as they should?

NO!

The BIOS is not at all like operating system or driver software, the ONLY time you need to consider updates is if you're having problems with hardware or if you need a new feature that is introduced in the new BIOS code.

If your systems are performaing as they should then there is absolutely no need to update the BIOS in any of them.
