Ordered an UltraNote Laptop from PCSpecialist about a month ago, here is my review:

SHORT VERSION

- Laptop is fast, light, great screen, thin, more than capable for all my tasks.

LONG VERSION

My specs were as follows:

- CPU: i5-4210M
- RAM: 8GB Kingston 1600Mhz
- Intel HD 4600 graphics
- HD: 250GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD
- Screen: 15.6" Matte Full HD IPS LED Backlit Widescreen
- Also got Arctic MX-4 thermal paste

First thing you notice is how light and thin the laptop is. It weighs I think approx. 2.2kg and is approx. 3 cm thick. The casings from PCSpecialist are unbranded, plain and quite stylish looking. This is first PC/laptop I have had with an SSD and I would definitely recommend getting one if your budget can allow, the boot time is 4-5 sec from pressing the power button to getting to the Win 8 start screen. The keyboard and mouse track pad are responsive and have a nice smooth feel. Only small complaint here is the mouse keys are flush with the surrounding case, I would prefer if they are slightly raised (this may not be an issue for others though).

The screen looks great, being full HD, I'm not an expert on differences between screens of similar spec but the colours look great. Switching between tasks is super fast due to the SSD. The laptop is being for software development, travel, watching films, light gaming and seems perfectly suited for all these tasks.

Overall, highly impressed with the UltraNote 15"6 and would definitely recommend.
