UltraNote II build for general productivity

I'm looking for a decent laptop for general productivity / remote working. Doesn't have to be super portable, screen and build quality (I want it to last a few years) were my priorities, and then a decent CPU. Budget is about £600. I plan to dual-boot Win 7 (already have a license) & Linux.

Any comments on the build below?

250gb storage isn't going to go very far. Put 120gigs SSD and a terabyte HDD or just drop the SSD altogether. I also recommend 8gb ram, as that will last longer.
