Unable to Change Vat Settings

Hi,

I'm trying to purchase a product to Ireland and even after setting everything I can to Republic of Ireland (Address, delivery, profile etc) but the VAT setting has no drop down to change. I also cannot place an order as the page tells me I need to change my VAT settings. Is this a bug or am I going blind. Does anybody have a screenshot of where this is?

You'd have to phone PCS and ask I'm afraid, that's not something we can help with on here.

Stupid question, but have you provided a valid VAT number? Unless one is provided, you are required to pay VAT still even if you are ordering from within the EU as we are still following EU VAT systems (this may have changed in the last few weeks while I've been off)

You pay VAT regardless. You get the VAT back on your quarterly return.

Yes, if you're in the UK, OP is talking about buying from Ireland.
