Only thing you'll need to check really is your power supply (make sure its got enough 'oomph' to power a 2080ti...

I checked PCS configurator and it recommends selecting a different power supply - you should be able to check yourself by going in your order page and trying to upgrade your PC.

You might need an upgraded PSU ultimately though.

What monitor are you using? If gaming at 1080 resolution you won't need a 2080 let along ti and it would be a waste of money (hence asking).

I’m using a 1080p 144hz and a 60hz 1080p for a dual monitor setup at the moment but looking to upgrade to either a 1440p or 2160p in the future

I wouldn't upgrade the GPU/PSU until you actually have the monitor. There are new cards on the horizon, no point in spending silly money now only to be immediately out of date.

1440p would be a 2070 Super, max, at this moment. The 2080Ti is only really for 4K or high end VR.

If I get a 1440p monitor will my current setup be fine to run games at 1440p or will it struggle at all?

The 2060 Super is a 1440p card, no doubt. Should happily run around the 60hz mark.
