Upgrading Partners PC

Hi me again XD

So we are looking possibly to upgrade my partners PC using the upgrade feature on the main website.

We are trying to work out if its most cost effective to upgrade or just buy a full new PC.

He would like it to be able to run Halo Infinite well but also future proof.

Personally, I'd say a new PC is in order, scrapping this but making use maybe of the HDD and the windows license, if you let us know the budget and also monitor details (resolution & refresh rate or make and model) we can put something together for him
