Upgrading RAM on my PCS prebuilt

Hi,
I have been using my PCS prebuilt (RL Pro PC, PC Specialist Pre Built Gaming PC) just fine for around a year now.
I have always used it for light gaming, running games such as rocket league or skyrim which require very little in terms of specs. I recently began playing some heavier titles and feel as though at the minimum I could upgrade ram fairly easily.
For now I have 8GB ram but I would like to add an additional 8GB if possible.
The specs for my pc are as follows:

Intel Core i3-9350KF (CPU)

ASUS H310M-A R2.0 (Motherboard)

8GB Corsair VENGANCE 2400MHz (RAM)

4GB GEFORCE GTX 1650 (GPU)

1TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA HDD (Storage)

I am unsure of how to proceed and what would be best to now next. I would like to know how to check wether I currently have one stick of 8GB ram or 2 4gb, I seem to remember it saying in the description that the ram was upgradable so I’m assuming there is space regardless. What ram should I buy and how easy is it to install?
Thanks

If you log into your main account, you'll see the full spec under orders.

There's also a section in there called upgrades where you can select upgrade kits.

RAM is incredibly easy to fit, it's literally just slot it in and boot up.

Thanks for the help!

I actually ordered this product through a third party as a bundle and therefore do not have an account to view the entire specs, is there any way to check phsycally?

You would need to register it with PCS with your receipt. That will also activate your warranty.

Depends who this third party is. If it’s an official PCS seller, then you should have been given details on how to register with PCS.

If it’s Joe Bloggs on the corner then he shouldn’t be reselling new PCS machines without permission from PCS and you need to speak to them about transferring the warranty (search for a thread I started about how they do this - sorry on phone so can’t link it in).

When the warranty is transferred you will then see the spec in your account and can copy and paste it here. You can also then see an upgrade button which gives you options on upgrading RAM etc if it’s possible on that build.
