Upgrading: Vortex Series Laptop

Has anyone upgraded their custom laptop through PC Specialist? I bought mine on a budget (spec in my sig) and was curious as to upgrade options. Looking at a higher spec processor and graphics card in the near future to support higher end gaming.

Limited in terms of what I can upgrade but useful none the less, will have a think.
