VGA (Optimus) and Aeroplane Hotkeys non-functional

My friend has recently ordered the Optimus V Laptop from PC Specialist. We have replaced the trial version of windows it came with with a full version and wiped it completely.

However, after installing all the drivers (including the Hotkey driver and Aeroplane AP drivers) the VGA button (to change between iGPU and dGPU) and the aeroplane button still are non-functional.
The drivers are directly from the CLEVO website.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Try the drivers from the PCS download section, log into the PCS website, on the left hand side under 'tech support' is a download section for your machine.

Try those

The airplane feature didn't work for me initially either. I installed the Control Center app, the VGA and Airplane hotkey apps, and then the buttons worked (mine was also a fresh Windows install onto a new SSD). I then removed these applications, and while the VGA button doesn't work (which is good - I always want to use the NVIDIA chip for gaming, and you can always right-click to launch on either GPU), the airplane key still does. I'd try removing the software and drivers and installing the ones from the disc again.

Where can I download this "control centre app" you refer to? It's not a download under the model number for this laptop on the clevo site or PCS.
