Video Editing laptop conundrum...

Hi guys, hope you can help me with a technical problem. I'm looking for a new laptop to edit 4k GoPro video as my current machine won't touch it. I've narrowed down to 2 specs, both the same price but with what seem to me to be very minor differences.
Both will have 32gb ram (2x16) and 1tb SX6000 ssd.

First one is the 15.6 Recoil III GTX 60hz refresh rate monitor with the i7 8750H (2.2GHz, 4.1GHz Turbo) and the NVIDIA GTX 1060 - 6.0GB Video Ram.

The second is the 15.6 Optimus X 120hz refresh rate monitor with the i7 9750H (2.6GHZ, 4.5GHz Turbo) and the NGIDIA GTX 1650 - 4GB Video Ram.

There doesn't seem to be anything to choose between them except for refresh rate and about a fiver!

Am I missing anything?

Any suggestions for which would be best for light gaming and video editing?

Thanks

If those are the two specs I'd have said the Recoil. I assume the footage isn't above 60 frames per second. The 9750H is barely faster than the 8750H, while the 1060 is a fair margin faster than the 1650. And the Recoil is lighter and thinner and handles temps very well.

Hi Mark,

I know very little about PC's but I've spent months researching exactly the same thing after buying the DJI Osmo Action and I am almost there with my selection thanks to some great advive from Oussebon but one of the main factors for me was rear connectivity so no leads were sticking out of he side of the laptop which was the main reason I chose the Vortex chassis.

This YouTube video is short and sweet and compares both CPU's -
and if the 8750H had been an option for the Vortex I would have taken it if less expensive.

My spec at the moment is this costing £1,649 with the gold warranty
