Hi, I am thinking about ordering and all singing PC. I am happy with the spec but have a few questions that I hope you're kind enough to help out with.
Use is gaming, and a little bit of video encoding. But mostly gaming. Not interested in overclocking.
1. I am keen on the motherboard for the audio set up. I listen to a lot of music. I use a digital connection to a DAC. Any views on whether a lesser board would help? I also have one eye on future upgrades and think the higher spec board makes sense?
2. I am really keen on the machine being as quiet as possible. I am open to suggestions on how to achieve that. I am really unsure about fans etc. Do I need the cooler I have specced? Is it quiet?
3. The case I have specced is the same as my current PC and I really like it. But I get a message asking if I want to have my cooler at the top or front? What's that all about? Should I choose a case where that message doesn't come up?
