I was wondering if any one has had issues with their internet with Virgin Media recently? Ive been getting drop outs every 10 minutes with them at the time.
I was having problems with my connection all last weekend. I think from thursday 18th to monday 21st, the only time I could get a decent connection, was between midnight and 5am. when I contacted their support centre, apart from being told there was an issue in my area that they were aware of, the advice they gave was useless. it didn't help with it being an indian call centre. that's what I hate most of all about outsourcing help centres overseas, you can't tell what they are saying most of the time.
