Virus Problem?

So having an annoying problem with this error that i keep getting, i have done a virus check with REIMAGE and it comes up with a virus, clears it, restarts my PC and says its fine but then keeps coming up again, what would be the issue? i have even uninstalled firefox as i thought it might be a script error?

I'm pretty certain that really is malware, there are several hits on the web suggesting that's the case.

Malwarebytes seems to be able to remove a lot of hard to remove malware so I'd suggest you give that a try first (https://www.malwarebytes.com/).

If that doesn't work there are several websites with manual removal instructions for cloud.exe. I have no idea whether any of these will work so I'm not posting any links here. I suggest you do some web searches yourself for cloud.exe and try out the manual removal instructions. I would advise against downloading any automatic removal tool, it's much safer to follow a manual removal technique.

I would advise backing everything up before you try removing it manually....

Rum, reimage is itself a pup and should never be installed, it will render your system totally unsafe.
