Vortex 3 CPU upgrade.

I've had my Vortex 3 a little while. Noticed there is a 2.8GHz CPU option now. Very comfortable performing physical upgrade myself, but wondered costs / possibility of doing this through PCS?

It seems this upgrade option (2.7GHz i7-3820QM to 2.8GHz i7-3840QM) is not available. I am only able to upgrade to an XM CPU, which at more than £800.... is completely out of the question.
