It comes with one.

Its optional to install or not. It was there as an alternative protection instead of a password.

Yeah i believe it does im sure, last time i checked, the mic should just be on the top right corner of the touchpad/mousepad.

would be nicer if it was on the top screen where the webcam is located though.

Does anyone know if laptops with a fingerprint scanner come with Protector Suite software or is there different software? If it is Protector Suite, is it 2009 or 2011 version?

Microphone is loated about 5mm from the top right hand corner of the trackpad.

I've not had any complaints about the location of it (from users at the otherend using SKype or using Team SPeak.)

The software is Protector Suite 2009.

Personally I don't use it.
