Vortex II 7970m upgrade

Hi I bought a Vortex II from someone who had purchased it from you and the warranty was passed onto me.
I would like to upgrade the gpu soon to the 7970m but as I did not purchase the laptop directly from you I can not access the the upgrade page
Would it be possible I could have the gpu upgraded or access to the upgrade page?
