Laptop arrived today, I have 3 problems:
1) The 'a' key and 'w' key don't work very well, and have to press them hard (plus others on occasion) - it took several attempts to type this post out
2) The backlight doesn't appear to work - I can get the screen up to select colours, but pressing 'Fn' & '*' does nothing - I have tried turning the brightness up too
3) There's a 4cm scratch down the top speaker grille which led to some white glue near the HDD light - I've managed to wipe most the glue off, but the scratch remains.
