Okay, so I ordered myself a Vortex III the 21'st of January.
I plan on using it for gaming, as my previous laptop recentlydied quite spectacularily.
I'm really excited, but it is stuck on in building and has been for 23 days...
I've sent pcspecialist stuff asking about it, but

Mine was stuck in building for 5 days and I thought that was bad, you should call them and find out what exactly is holding it up, if its a specific part at least you know, nothing worse than just sitting waiting on it arriving. You should be able to get your Fast Track money back at least.

I sent 2 messages to PCS today, the first was answered in under 30 minutes and the second in under 1 1/2 hours. From being in a position at day 14 of not knowing what was happening, I now know that the chassis should arrive tomorrow and build should start immediately.

It is well worth sending a message since this gives PCS time to investigate and give you an appropriately considered reply.

What did you send these messages with? The support system on the bottom left once you sign in? or just by email?

I signed in to where your order is displayed.

On the left side are lots of choices, one of which is to send a message to PCS. There is another for messages received which can be viewed. You should get an e-mail notifying you of any message received (by you).
