Vortex IV Laptop Build (from my Order to a Review!)

Hey folks, ordered myself a Vortex IV custom Laptop early hours of Tuesday morning! It is currently at the 'Testing' stage and I will keep this post/thread updated as my order is updated

This laptop will be used as a portable gaming solution (I also have a good PC setup), but mainly for use at College for Music Production. I run Pro Tools 11 with huge sessions so needed a great laptop to handle 100+channels as well as numerous plug-ins such as Maxim while I am away from home and away from my local recording studio.

I am hoping for a Monday delivery for this, but will have to see what happens. So far very impressed with how everything is done at PC Specialist, with this being my first experience with the company. I have had to use both email and live support at 1 time or another when choosing this build, to clarify certain aspects (Such as whether the webcam was something that could be removed) and I have been answered very quickly and by a team that I believe know what they are talking about Obviously I have paid for the fast track dispatch, but so far I have been very impressed with my Laptop's progress throughout the building process, checking every so often during my breaks at work!

So far so good so I would like to thank everyone that has been involved with this build and also to the people that are still to be involved, it has allowed this Laptop decision to be an easy and smooth process

My order has now been shipped and after contacting PCS through their live support about changing my delivery day to this saturday (tomorrow!), Mustafa Ramzan was very helpful with this and had it sorted very quickly and without issues! Thank you Mustafa, your help was much appreciated.

Order is due tomorrow, so the next stages will be images of my unboxing, first impressions and then over the course of the week, an early review on performance with game benchmarks
