Waiting for a reply since the 20th of February

Dear all,

My laptop's fan (assuming it is indeed the fan) has been behaving oddly. It suddenly became really noisy, although not permanently. I've contacted pcspecialist regarding this matter on the 20th of February using the appropriate form in the technical support area of my account, but so far I've yet to get a response from the department.

This is the first time I have to rely on pcspecialist's technical support, so I'm not really sure if this waiting time is considered normal, but nevertheless I consider 4 days to be more than enough to get this sorted out.

Have you try giving them a call? It is 3 working days so far so hopefully you get a response tomorrow

As Keynes has said, typically PCS respond within 3 business days, however the speed of the responses via email depend largely on the volume of calls/emails/technical notes they get. The higher the numbers the longer it can take.

Hopefully you get a response to day, if you don't I'd advise calling them if you can.
