Hi Is there anybody here who can help escalate a warranty issue we have an outstanding repair since August and no confirmed ETA yet.

What stage does it say it’s in in your online account? I take it you've contacted PCS, what have they said?

This is not an official support channel for PCS, none of us work for them, we're just volunteers, some of us are or have been customers, some of us are just fellow techies or interested in the hobby.

On rare occasions we can raise a bat channel to try to help get something addressed, but we need to be sure you've been through the proper channels, and if not, steer you towards those first of all.
