Warranty?

Hi, does anyone know if the silver warranty will cover your sister getting in a mood and poring water on your laptop? I don't know if it has broke yet as i am waiting to make sure all the water has left the laptop (im not actually sure if any went past the keyboard).

No it wont, the warranty does not cover damage (accidental or not).
As Oussebon said maybe your home contents insurance will if it has accidental damage cover

Don't have any of that to my knowledge, though my mum has just said if it's broken she will make my sister buy a replacement.
EDIT: and it wasn't accident so possibly not

Is always worth taking out the battery and cover, then put the laptop in a box of rice (sounds crazy but it works). Helps extract any water from the system.

Indeed it does, though I have heard that kitty litter is even better! It is VERY important that you ensure the laptop is completely dry before trying to turn it on.
