what is the welcome pack that everyone keeps talking about??

all i received was the main box which had my laptop, 3 CDs, instruction leaflet, PCS booklet and the charger.

Usualy there is a box with your laptop in, and above that theres a box called the welcome pack which should contain all the driver dvd's , spare parts such as cables etc

as corfate said, although im not 100% sure if they come with laptops, seeing as laptops dont have all the different driver discs and 10,000 screws

They do come with laptop, ive seen pics of unboxings of laptops with them in.
