Well pleased with PCSpecialist, so far.

I must say I’m well pleased with the way PCSpecialist keeps me informed about my order, it’s only been 2 working days and the set up is already in testing, certainly wasn’t expecting the order to be in testing in a matter of 2 working days, must say I’m very surprised and pleased.

I did pay for the FAST TRACK service.

If people don’t mind me asking what are the next steps PCSpecialist takes after the testing stage, and usually how long does it take for the other stages to be completed and for the PC to be shipped?

So long as it makes it through testing ok, then it will go straight to dispatch. It's still early, so it may even be despatched today in which case it's next day delivery via DPD in the UK, but it's more likely it will be despatched tomorrow for delivery on Thursday.

If any issues are found in testing, then it will be diagnosed and any offending parts replaced, then it gets sent through testing again. But this is quite rare.

You may want to download the DPD app on your phone, it's really good and shows live updates and gives real time tracking, you can also schedule delivery times if it turns out you have to rush out for any reason.
