What are the Cosmos 2 speakers like? Need to know urgently!

What is the sound quality like from the Cosmos 2 speakers (to watch movies/videos etc, or in general, or in comparison to other PCspecialist laptops like Optimus V)??

I have the 15.6" Cosmos II and the speakers aren't great. I can watch a movie on them but they're bearable. Nothing brilliant.

Is the sound coming from a good position (i.e. is it directing sound into the table/ or does it sound muffled etc)?
Also, do you know how they compare with the Optimus V?

Speakers are inside the laptop with no grill for them. They don't sound muffled, but do sound pretty tinny.

I have no clue how they compare to the optimus

Like George pretty much said. They are acceptable. They are not terrible but they aren't great. If you enjoy listening to a lot of music or watching videos then you can get a set of speakers for a tenner that would do a bigger job.

The position of the speakers is on the bottom at the front where the bottom curves up so they are sort of facing the floor.
