Bitcoin mining? Completely outside of my realm of experience.
What monitor are you intending to use (gaming).
Thermal paste should be set to default (corsair coolers have their own preapplied paste thats equal if not better).
Swap the WiFi card for the AX200, comes with bluetooth already, WiFi 6 as well (one you have picked is an older generation and there have been some issues with drivers) and is an excellent card (outperforms many that are 3 or 4 times its price)
Scrap the extra case fans, 500D SE is an -excellent- case and if you do end up needing more, you want to use decent quality fans (Corsair ML ones for example)
Would up the PSU to 850W
Would take a serious look at the newer 5000 series CPU's, theyre a big leap forward in terms of performance over the 3000 series ones.
WARRANTY!!!! Bare minimum, pay the extra £5 for silver for a proper full year of cover. One RMA alone would cost £35 in courier costs

Whats your actual budget? Will make a big difference when people with more knowledge of stuff like mining come to help tune your build on here. Current build has you at about £2800...which you can do a LOT with...

I don't know too much about mining, but I've got a bit of an interest, so a couple of thoughts on that front:
  • The 6800XT (and other AMD GPUs) are poor for mining compared to similarly priced RTX cards - the RTX cards have something like a 40% higher hash rate I believe. If you want to mine, then an RTX 3080 would be a better choice.
  • What are you planning to mine? If it's BTC then consumer-grade GPUs won't cut it - you need dedicated mining rigs. ETH would make more sense.
  • I know crypto has recently been at an all-time high, but the price is currently on the way down and is likely to stabilise a lot lower than recent highs, so keep that in mind if you're planning on using mining to recoup some of the cost.
  • Mining takes a heavy toll on hardware (running at 100% 24/7), so when you're calculating if it's profitable for you, keep that in mind - these cards haven't been around long enough for us to know how they'll deal with those workloads. If you burn your card out in 6 months, then odds are you'll find yourself out of pocket.
I guess it comes down to your primary use case - are you after a gaming rig that can do a bit of mining on the side? Or are you primarily after a mining rig, but want to use it to occasionally play games? If it's the former, then something similar to Sibun's suggestions make sense (I'd also swap for an RTX 3080). If it's the latter, get a dedicated mining rig and a separate gaming computer.
