What does "spec" mean

Hello
I'm just getting things together to buy a desktop pc . I'm a bit of a beginner with pc and gaming pcs and laptops. I got a question from a supplier i am going to buy from and they asked what my "spec" is . What does"spec" mean. I read a list of things about one Desktop on their site a notebook it was called it said things like bluetooth,1TB of storage, colour black/white, battery power, are these things a spec. Can Somone help me here

Yes, a PC is built from a lot of individual components and a spec stands for "specification" ie a list of all the components.
