Simple really, show off your desktop , I love getting ideas for backgrounds etc off other people.

I hate desktop icons, id rather just have a clean interface, I use macro buttons on keuybaord to load regular programs and load the rest through command prompt which I have linked to my last macro button.

Thar's mine. As you can see I've gone with the completely black, no-frills type of background. I've done this because, when it's 2am and I've been playing a game for the last 4 hours, and my room is all dark (like I like it to be), and I exit the game... if my desktop isn't completely black, that is, if it's bright, like the Hermoine one posted in this thread, it feels like someone sticking needles in my eyeballs.

As for the Bittorrent, I don't use it for anything illegal. Honest.

My computer seems to BSOD when I try to do anything involving the print screen (Must be an install problem?) But mine is a nice picture of Mt. Fuji which I took on holiday My CD Drive is broken and my HDD is seriously sluggish. Plus who doesn't love a broken plastic case!?

To be honest the lack of trees disgusts me. Still got a lot of programs to put on the shiny new laptop, I used to have
rocket dock and rainmeter and slick desktops of the sort but I reverted back to ye olde icons because I just preferred
them.
