What is best for purely Gaming

I have 3 possible builds for a new PC

The PC would be for gaming usually RTS games, and games like Flight Sim 11 i already have a EVGA 1080ti and a ASUS MG28UQ, 4K (3840x2160) Gaming Monitor, 1ms,
the monitor works well in all resolutions.

I have no knowledge of overclocking so probably wont use it would be great if i could upgrade in three or four years, instead of buying a new PC, but this is probably not possible.

Cabunag - the reason everyone was telling you originally to just post these specs in your first topic, instead of deleting the topic, was because it helps to continue a discussion rather than start talking about things in isolation with no context at all.

No idea, but that would make sense, apologies @Cabunag, I pm'd you don't worry about replying.
I would only ever soft delete, but I know I didn't soft delete that one as I just referred Cabunag back to it when I closed this one as a duplicate. Very odd.

I would personally go for the 3rd quote - would offer higher performance at faster speeds - not just gaming.
