What is the GPU size limit of this case? PCS P209 RGB

I am looking to upgrade to a RTX 3060Ti (If I can lmao) and was wondering what size GPU I could fit in my case (PCS P209 RGB). A card with 2 fans is a minimum although 3 would be nice and with the ridiculous inflation there isn't such a big difference in prices. The case is 458mm x 208mm x 400mm (H x W x D). Thanks

Also, does anyone have any recommendations on what 3060Ti to get? Preferably on the cheaper side.

Edit: I am also going to upgrade other parts down the road so I could potentially get a new case as I know this isn't the best. One around £50 (slightly above is fine) that is aesthetically pleasing, room for components and fans, side glass panel, etc. Any suggestions?

Anyone wondering, I originally ordered my PC from PCS and now I am going to buy new parts for it and fit myself.

So, on GPU clearance, I am going by a TechAdvisor review of a PCS system and I quote:

"That case also has 370mm of graphics card clearance – 50mm more than the PCS P209."

So that would imply the 209 has a clearance of 320mm

Thank you :)) this helped a lot, I can look for a card with that in mind now

Here is my list of components I current have and the ones I am planning on getting and hopefully someone can recommend what I should do.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 -> Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: 1660S -> RTX 3060Ti
Mobo: Asus B-450 Plus -> A b550 or x570 (Not sure which one to get, under £200)
PSU: Corsair CV450w (I believe) -> Corsair Txm 750w

As for the case, It is fine with my current build. I would simply get a new case that suits my planned build better.

Can you post the specs from the order page?

Why are you upgrading so soon after ordering?

And what monitor are you pairing it with, what resolution and refresh rate or make and model if you're unsure?

Yes I can do that now. I ordered my current pc about a year ago and it's great don't get me wrong but I ordered it with decent performance AND budget in mind. I am really interested in ray tracing and my current monitor isn't the best by any means (also budget) but It is an Acer Nitro VGO 22" which is 75hz and 1080p which should be able to handle the 1080p ultra with ray tracing I am looking for. I have definitely become more interested in pc gaming and computers in general within a year ago and now. With ****** causing issues, making us stay in I would find myself using my PC a lot and can justify the price tag.

Wow...you've got a Trifecta of components that would require PCS authorisation to not invalidate the warranty (and pretty sure a new BIOS for a new CPU would constitute altering the BIOS so it's a grand slam!!):

"We reserve the right to suspend the warranty or refuse service if your Case, Motherboard, CPU or BIOS have been replaced without authorisation.
Any tampering, repair or modification by unauthorised personnel voids the warranty."
Not the best thing definitely haha, thank you for pointing this out though. I wouldn't have even thought about warranty if this had not been mentioned.

So IMHO, there's zero point in upgrading the motherboard, it's not going to give any benefit whatsoever. I would save that cash for a decent specced build later on when you're ready to properly upgrade.

Similarly with the processor, just not worth it.

I would upgrade the PSU, but personally I'd go for an 850W RMx rather than TXm, they had a bad batch of TXm's and it's rather put me off them tbh. The RMx is a SUBSTANTIALLY better PSU for not a lot more cash. That should cover you for any GPU upgrade you wish in the future. I suggest this with the view that in a few years you may be amenable to building your own rig given your obvious passion for upgrading and you could reuse the PSU and several other components ;) That's where it all starts :)

Then I would upgrade the GPU, but there's zero point in a 3060ti for your uses, it's completely overpowered. I would find a 2060 or 2060 Super which would be more than enough for that screen. Or if you can wait a bit then the 3050/ti when it's released. That will give you the performance you're looking for just the same as if you were to do all the other upgrades you were suggesting.

The rest is pointless upgrading for the sake of it, it's just throwing money away for almost zero performance gain at the level you're playing at.

Just suck it up to a bad decision, put the money aside and fully upgrade it when you are ready for superwide or 4k 144Hz in a year or two.

To make that system worthwhile, it's literally a full rebuild, there's no getting around that. If you'd bought it 5 years ago, then perhaps, but not for a 1 year old PC, it's just madness.

The CPU and Mobo upgrades weren't going to be for a while so I agree with you here. Thanks for the PSU suggestion, 850w is very good as well, 450w is really like a minimum for anything decent now huh. As for the GPU, I don't see a 2060 as a good upgrade. I could be wrong and I know that the chances of getting a RTX 30 series for retail is very very unlikely but the value compared to a 2060 is so much better, correct? Also this would be a permanent upgrade in a step by step list. I wouldn't get a 3080 or higher as I really would never need them.

So I would be looking at a combo of 3060Ti and Ryzen 5 3600 which is definitely not bad until I decide to really invest. The only reason the mobo appealed to me was because the 30 series cards are PCIe 4. If I could get lucky and get a 3060 for retail then I would be happy with that too.

My point is power wise, you won't benefit from the 3060ti, power wise the 2060 or 2060 Super would be ample.

Price vs performance though, the 3050 / ti would be the right card.

I wouldn't immediately benefit from a 3060Ti but it would make more sense to get it than get a 2060 then something else later?
