What shall I upgrade?

Hey guys! Had my PC about three years now and looking to upgrade it. What you think I should upgrade for best performance increase? Can only really afford to upgrade one component.

Here are my specs!

• Processor: Intel Core i5-8600K Coffee Lake CPU, 6 Cores / 6 Threads, 3.6 - 4.3GHz
• Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Graphics Card
• Case Lighting: Not selected
• CPU Cooler: Intel Stock CPU Cooler
• Thermal Paste: Standard Thermal Paste
• Case Cooling: Not selected
• Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370M D3H Motherboard
• Memory: 16GB DDR4 2400MHz Memory (2 x 8GB Sticks)
• Secondary Hard Drive: Seagate 1TB BarraCuda 7200RPM Hard Disk
• Optical Drive: Not selected
• Power Supply: Aerocool 80 PLUS 700W PSU

I’m a bit confused. This doesn’t look like a PCS system and on your older threads you’ve pasted a full PCS system spec which states you have an i10 processor. Can you clarify this, please?

This is my friends PC, he's asked me to help him choose what to upgrade, he bought it from PCS.

I’m not sure that PCS have ever offered Aerocool power supplies, which is why I didn’t think it looked like a system from here. Might be best if he posts himself so we can get the full system spec pasted over.
