where's the os install code

bought my desktop 1year ago very happy with it :happybday: but I can't for the life of me remember where the operating system install code was.i still have the welcome pack with the os dvd but i can't see it diplayed anywhere. anyone any ideas? only asking because of the upcoming windows 10 malarkey.
