Which of these £79 cases PCS sell would you recommend as i am having trouble deciding? and how loud are they?

For the spec you posted before either case will be fine. If I were you I'd go with the coolermaster 690 II. I think it comes with 3 chassis fans and has 11 fan bays.

Is the coolermaster 690 II pcspecialists use the advanced version so does it have USB 3.0 ?

Best thing to do is to contact them, on the webpage there is no mention of advanced or USB 3.0.
