Which monitor should i buy?

Asus VN247H 23.6-inch Widescreen LED Monitor
OR
Asus VN247HA 23.6-Inch Widescreen LED Monitor

The 'Asus VN247HA' which is a newer model, has a 5ms response time.
BUT
The 'Asus VN247H' which is a newer model, has a 1ms response time.

I know that some people don't notice the difference...

From what I've seen discussed elsewhere, it depends what you are using it for. 5ms is more than adequate for normal use, although if you are playing fast paced games, then there can be a difference (slight blur) if using the slower response time monitors, although how noticeable it actually is to the human eye when playing is probably debatable, especially at the refresh rates of these monitors - it would be more noticeable if it was 120Hz.

And if using it for gaming, plenty other factors would make a much more noticeable difference.
