Wifi Card Very Slow

I had a PCIe Wi-Fi card (WIRELESS 802.11N 300Mbps/2.4GHz PCI-E CARD) which rarely connects, and when it does there is 'No Internet' or very very slow Wi-Fi (0.1 Mbps). I bought a USB Wi-Fi adapter which works, and the ethernet also works. I have an Intel i5-9400F and Asus H310-Plus Motherboard. Also worth noting that when I changed the Wi-Fi card into the other 1x4 PCIe slot it is not even recognised and appears no power to the card. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you attached the antenna?
 
First thing to try is remove the drivers from device manager, have it plugged into the router, then reboot and allow windows update to reinstall the driver.
I forgot to mention originally I have already tried that and installed various different versions of the drivers and no success. I feel like it is an error with the motherboard or the card itself. It did work to start with for around a month or two then just stopped one day. The Bios settings haven't changed either (as far as I know). Any idea?

When you say you tried various different drivers, did you just let windows update install the driver? Manually installing is going to cause issues.

To begin with I let windows install the drivers then I started manually installing. All outcomes ended with the same issue with very slow speeds or not connecting at all. I uninstalled the device, removed and re-entered the device and rebooted the PC. It always came up in device manager but just didn't seem to want to connect to anything.

Just to confirm, do you know if it's a Tenda model card?

That Get-NetAdapterPowerManagement fails with a message of "A device attached to the system is not functioning" is not normal, I would have expected at least to see your Ethernet adapter listed there. That does rather suggest the one of your adapters (most likely the wireless card) is faulty. It's clearly there as you can see from the other two commands output (which looks fine to me).

I would contact PCS and get it swapped.
