So I got my PC from PC Specialists all good but it wont connect to my BT Whole Home.
Well it connect but says no internet, never had an issue with anything else connecting including PC & Laptops.

Network Card
10/100/1000 GIGABIT LAN PORT (Wi-Fi NOT INCLUDED)
Wireless Network Card
WIRELESS INTEL® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 2,400Mbps/5GHz, 300Mbps/2.4GHz PCI-E CARD + BT 5.0

Anyone got any pointers?

once you've checked it's properly seated have a look and see if it shows in device manager
It sits well, and just set it up in the kitchen and it connects to my router and works, just not the BT system
It is in devices and seems to have no issues

What do you mean by the BT system and how does that differ from your router?

And did you order with windows or install your own copy?

I have a Sky router from my internet provider but it doesn't cover the whole house. So I use BT whole home system with repeaters throughout the house to get WIFI in all rooms.

Yes it came with Windows 10 pre installed

I would suggest to get in touch with BT then. If the PC connects to the wireless router then the PC is OK. It sounds like a BT Whole Home problem to me....

Does the sky router come with its own WiFi (But turned off)?

Does the BT system show up as WIFI on your PC, as in is it being detected?

Does BT hole Home come with an App?

if so can you tell what is hanging off the system or if it logs any alerts?

Can you log into the sky router at 192.168.0.1/ using your normal sky router password, you should then be able to see exactly what is connected to the router
