Will it get too hot? I wouldn't think so.

Should you buy it? Absolutely not.

AMD's FX series of CPUs is horrendously obsolete. Modern AMD (Ryzen) CPUs significantly outperform the FX series for gaming and pretty well everything else too, as well as offering more features like DDR4 RAM, USB 3.1, M.2 NVMe SSDs, etc. Modern Intel CPUs also greatly outperform the FX series.

If you tell us your budget, we could suggest alternatives that should offer better value and be longer before their performance is obsolete.

I have such a small budget which is why I looked at the FX series... Where can I remove that bottleneck for the CPU in the cheapest way possible and still be able to do what I want to? (1080p at high settings)

Without indicating a budget it is difficult to give feedback on what you could get instead.

An Intel Pentium would offer generally better gaming performance, would be cheaper, and would actually have an upgrade path of some kind. e.g. the i7 7700.

Performance:
G4560.png

Price:
FX 6350, cheapest mobo, 8gb RAM, 1050 ti, 1TB HDD, no dvd, Spec03 case, 350W PSU, Titan cooler: £629

Pentium G4560, cheapest mobo, 8gb RAM, 1050 ti, 1TB HDD, no dvd, Spec03 case, 350W PSU, Titan cooler: £562

You could buy that Intel PC with an RX 480 4gb:

and it would still be cheaper (£617).

If you say what your budget is, it would be possible to be more specific :)

£700 total. Is there an good Intel processor (not a Pentium) that can go with all my specs and be under my budget or just over?

Well for gaming the Pentium is actually a good processor in that it's better than the FX you were originally going to buy. Older Pentiums were only plain dual cores, but Intel's Kaby Lake Pentiums are dual cores with hyperthreading, which seems to help a lot in games. Compare the Kaby Lake G4560 (which has hyperthreading) to the G4400 (which is older and doesn't have hyperthreading) in that chart I posted and you'll see what I mean. The red and yellow bars.

But if you want a better processor outright, you could easily work that in and still squeeze in a much better GPU than the 1050 ti as well if you can go a bit over £700:

You might want to get the 450W PSU as that would give you more options for future GPU upgrades.

Note that the RX 480 4gb is a little better than the GTX 1060 3gb. It's only ~£13 more expensive and comes with a free copy of DOOM. So if you can stretch a few £ further / are going to buy DOOM anyway it would be worth it.

If you want to lower the price you could consider 4gb ram with the possibility of upgrading in the future.

Thank you to the both of you for your responses. They have been really helpful! I am going to be purchasing that config except with a 1050ti. Another bonus is that the total ended up being £700. I'm so eager to get my PC, I can't wait any longer. Thank you once more.
