Will These Upgrades Work/fit with my PC

Im Switching my 5770 for this 6950 2GB http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-272-SP&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1752

And im replacing the Standard CPU Cooler with this Corsair one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CAF...6RE8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1321819118&sr=8-1

And finally im replacing my PSU with this Corsair one http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004O0P9...de=asn&creative=22206&creativeASIN=B004O0P9VC

Will this work okay?

my current set up is:

Processor (CPU) = AMD PHENOM II X6 1055T Overclocked to 3.7Ghz
Motherboard ASUS® = M4A87TD/USB3: DUAL DDR3,SATA 6.0GB/s, USB 3.0
Memory (RAM) = 12GB KINGSTON HYPER-X GENESIS DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (2 x 2GB KIT)
Graphics Card = 1GB ATI RADEON™ HD 5770 PCI EXPRESS - DirectX® 11
Hard Disk = 640GB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD6402AAEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm)
Power Supply = 450W Quiet 80 PLUS Dual Rail PSU + 120mm Case Fan
Processor Cooling = STANDARD AMD CPU COOLER

The new graphics card and power supply will be fine, you haven't listed what your case is so I'm not sure about the corsair cooler.

The A70 should be able to fit into the Trigon, you can double check though; the coolers' dimensions are listed on the amazon page:
