Win 7 Professional - XP mode

I have a few questions about The XP mode on win7 pro.

It says that it is aimed at buisnesess to run old programs. However if i got Win7 pro for the XP mode, will it allow me to play any old games that were compatible with XP on my new PC.

You can run any games or programs in compatibilty mode anyway from Win 7, don't bother with Pro unless you run a business and need the extra functions. For most people the Home Premium is perfect

I haven't had any problems running my old games so far, any issues I had to start with were dealt with by running in compatibility mode

You should not need to use XP mode to run old games, however i can confirm that as a virtual machine, XP mode does not support Direct X.
