Windows 10 BIOS Issue

My PC is a year old and I renewed my Kaspersky Internet Security and this required me to enable the Virtualization in the UEFI Firmware Settings (BIOS Settings). However when I go through the Windows 10 route to get to the correct screen [Settings -> Update & Security -> ...Advanced Startup menu ->Troubleshoot -> Advanced Options ] Then the UEFI Firmware settings option should be available but isn't. I've looked on numerous Microsoft and other Windows technical forums but all of these show the UEFI Firmware Settings option available.

How can I get to the BIOS screen to make this change?

The BSOD Doctor
There is a key you need to press at boot time to enter your BIOS setup. Generally it's Del or F2, it should be in the documentation that came with the PC.
