If you want to install in legacy mode - and you probably should if you want to avoid the hassle of UEFI - ensure that UEFI and Secureboot are disabled in the BIOS and then delete all those partitions so the entire disk is unallocated. Then create one partition the size of the disk and install Windows into that.

Yeah I just done that. I just deleted all the partitions and created the new partition, downloaded Windows to my SSD and then created the HDD Partition. Thanks for your help :).
