If not, I'm afraid you'll have to ask your question on an open/public forum such as Tom's Hardware. Don't forget to include your PC spec when you do post, as it won't help if the contributors don't know what machine (age, CPU, GPU, storage SSD/HDD, RAM, etc.) they're trying to troubleshoot.
