I have looked at the "Downloads" section of my PCS account and there is a Windows 10 Numlock Fix zip file along with the Windows 10 Recovery Image.

Is the Windows 10 Numlock Fix needed?

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated, please.

This might be related to a problem on some machines whereby the NumLock key is turned off on reboot despite the BIOS setting turning it on.

I would suggest you download the file and extract it. You should find some sort of readme file in there that explains exactly what it's for and how to use it. [emoji3]

If they're fine then you don't.need them🙂
