My pc from PCS came with windows 7 with a free upgrade to windows 10. Now I see that windows 10 has now been released and I am wondering what I need to do to upgrade to it?

If you've got windows updates activated you'll get a windows 10 registration app that will load on the desktop. Through that you can register the free upgrade.

I downloaded the update directly from this page. https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

It downloads a small program that lets you either upgrade your PC to Windows 10, or create a DVD to upgrade another computer. Pick the first option.
