That CPU should have a built-in TPM, but it may simply be disabled in the BIOS...or set to 'discrete TPM' rather than 'firmware TPM'.

You'll have to read your motherboard manual to see how to do so though.

The manual doesn't give too much detail, but if you read this thread, the last comment is that they found the fTPM setting in the PCH-FW options
