Windows 11 TPM 2.0 requirement - thoughts and advice?

I was worried about my BIOS on the Nova, because even though the Ryzen 3000 CPUs are supported, I believe that the fTPM feature needed to be active on the BIOS and I couldn't find any option to enable that. But downloading the windows health check tool revealed that the feature is already enabled by default (I believe), so all good here:

Bought my desktop machine from PC Specialist in 2019 and the Microsoft PC Health Check tool for Windows 11 eligibility states that it doesn't meet the requirements as no TPM (far exceeds everything else). Went into the BIOS but couldn't find anything related to it in there so guessing my motherboard doesn't support it... 🤷♂️
If bought in 2019 I'm sure it supports it but we would need to see the specs to confirm

Unless it's an a series board it support ftpm, directions are in this thread to enable it, takes a second.
Im looking to see if my TPM can be switched on (to upgrade tp W11) but I followed the directions given by Windows 10 until i got to the BIOS part which frankly terrified me and I bailed.
Is there a way of telling from my spec if I have TPM installed which I can then switch on?

Should be quite simple....
1. Press "Del" when the ASUS or ROG logo appears to enter the BIOS.
2. Go to Advanced\AMD fTPM configuration page and switch "TPM Device Selection" option to "Firmware TPM".
3. Press F10 to save & exit

If you're really put off by the BIOS, call PCS and ask to update the BIOS as latest revisions include all the settings applied for TPM etc.
