Windows Meltdown After Button Press

I accidentally caught the on/off button on the PC case and somehow caused the system to corrupt big style.

At switch on, the Windows page stated "We could not connect to your account" and said re-connecting may fix this....... it didn't.
Whenever I re-booted, the system didn't recognise any settings such as browser history, downloads, app settings etc.
After several attempts at rectifying the problem, I contacted PCS support.

One of their support team, Kieran, spent the next two hours and ten minutes meticulously going through a recovery attempt.
Alas, the only fix was a full clean re-install of W11.
After the installation, Kieran ensured that all the latest drivers were installed to complete the installation.

What a great job he did, and a credit to PCS

Thank you so much PCS for such superb after-service.

I promise everyone, I'm in no way connected to PCS as I normally build my own machines.
