As the subject says, I can only get a decent wireless connection in safe mode. In any other situation, including a clean boot, I'm getting approx 0.3mb/s speed. Assuming that this meant that the issue was my wireless card driver, I uninstalled my wireless card and deleted all the driver data, and then re-installed NWP300ev3 driver from the manufacturer, addon-tech.com. This fixed the issue for something like 30 seconds (M-Labs gave me a tested dl speed of 14mb), before it dropped back to nothing.
I had this exact issue a few moths ago, and fixed it by re-installing the driver, this time I'm having no luck.
