wll these specs run bf3 and metro 2033 at highest settings?

I have just bought a pc from PCspecialist(4 days ago), and i just want to know what settings it will play game on. The specs are

From the benchmarks above it should be fine with BF 3 but it seems you won't be able to reach 30 fps in Metro 2033 at high settings.

It will max out most games at 30fps (exept metro) , but not at the sweet spot of 60 fps , for this you will need a stronger GPU
